Founded by Donal Brosnan in 2001, Architectural Design and Development Ltd. is based in Brosna, Tralee, Co. Kerry.
Over the years we have developed considerable expertise in a wide range of building types including residential, commercial, educational and farm buildings. We also specialise in banking stage payments, certification of compliance and identity, certification of exemptions, snag lists, structural reports and wind farms.

6 Company Objectives
Our policy is to delivery projects on time and within budget while achieving the highest standards and quality levels. We are committed to design excellence and place a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction as our customer testimonials will verify.
6 Company Sponsorship
Our company is always willing to assist local community organisations with sponsorship or financial assistance. We have been generous donators in the past to a range of community groups such as our local GAA Club and music festival. We recently presented a new set of jerseys to Brosna GAA Club (see right). We particularly like to assist organisations that have used our services in the past.
6 Environmental Policy
Our company is committed to a “green policy”. Where possible we use environmentally friendly material in our construction projects and try to adhere to all energy efficient standards. Our company office also operates a green policy using only certified recycled paper and refilling used ink cartridges. All office equipment that is not in frequent use is shut down, hence saving electricity. |
